We are excited to announce our upcoming Worship Ministry Team(예배국) Camp!

예배팀, 찬양팀, 디지털팀 will come together to bond, share our church vision and set goals for 2023. The camp will be packed with activities such as an icebreaker session, vision sharing, team building exercises, goal setting and even a fun trip to the beach! We can't wait to see how God will move in and through our team during this time of growth and development. 😎

Session 1: Introductions and Aligning Vision with Church (1.5 hours)

Team members will introduce themselves, share their roles, and expectations for the camp. They will also learn about the church's vision, mission, and values and brainstorm an action plan to align the Worship Ministry Team's vision and goals with the church's vision.

Importantly, the team will delve into the topic of "What does it take to have a successful worship team that pleases God?" This will be an opportunity for the team to discuss and reflect on the key elements and practices that contribute to a worship team that is pleasing to God. This will also help the team align their actions and plans with the church's vision and goals.

Session 2: Team Building and Goal Setting for 2023

The team will focus on team building and goal setting for 2023. The team will identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, set goals for the team, and discuss the team's roles and responsibilities. They will also assign specific tasks to each member to achieve the goals.
